Richard Harley is a Senior Lecturer in Primary Education at Edge Hill University, with 25+ years of teaching and leadership experience in primary schools across northwest England. He holds an MA in Teaching and Learning (2021) and a Bachelor of Education in English from the University of Chester (1996). His current role includes leading the EDI (Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion) curriculum strand and teaching on the BA (QTS) and Primary PGCE programs. He specializes in supporting trainee teachers in primary English, music, and social justice.
