Heidi Winrow is a Senior Lecturer in Early Years Education with extensive leadership experience in Initial Teacher Education (ITE) programmes. She specializes in curriculum design, practical workshops, and fostering trainees' teaching philosophies. Her expertise includes play, outdoor learning, and the arts' role in holistic child development. She advocates for high-quality early years education to improve children's life chances.

- Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Music with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Lancaster University (1998–2002)
