Professor Catherine Needham holds the position of Professor of Public Policy and Public Management at the University of Birmingham, based in the Health Services Management Centre (HSMC) within the School of Social Policy and Society. Her research focuses on public service reform, particularly in social care systems, workforce development, and the application of interpretive policy analysis.
