Casey M. Stratton is an Assistant Professor at Salisbury University's Department of Communication, College of Liberal Arts, where he teaches courses in organizational communication, leadership, management, and public speaking. His research focuses on organizational identification, spirituality, training and development, and postmodern inquiry.
