Bronwen Duggan serves as the PGCE Secondary English Subject Lead at the University of Worcester, where she has been since 2019. With 22 years of secondary education experience, she previously held roles such as Head of English, whole-school literacy lead, and mentor for trainee teachers. Her work emphasizes teacher training, literacy initiatives, and collaboration with placement schools.

Research & Professional Roles: Bronwen focuses on strengthening partnerships with placement schools and mentors, delivering professional studies programs on behavior, and supporting new teachers via her role as a visiting fellow at Prince Henry’s Ambition Teaching Hub. She also coordinates whole-school literacy training across the secondary PGCE.
