Betsy Farrell Garcia, an Assistant Research Professor at Auburn University's School of Architecture, Planning and Landscape Architecture, is an Extension Specialist affiliated with the Front Porch Initiative since 2020. As a 2008 graduate of Rural Studio’s 5th-year program, she co-designed the 20K Bridge Home and contributes expertise in resilient, equitable housing design.
