Andrew Higgins is a Professor of Civil Procedure at University of Oxford and a Fellow in Law at Mansfield College. He teaches and convenes courses on civil procedure and dispute resolution, while serving as General Editor of Civil Justice Quarterly and an academic member of the Civil Justice Council. His work focuses on civil justice modernization, proportionality, and corporate legal privilege.
