Andrew Higgins is an Associate Professor in Civil Procedure at the University of Oxford's Faculty of Law and a Fellow in Law at Mansfield College. He holds a background from Melbourne Law School and previously worked as an associate at Slater & Gordon. He is a practicing Victorian barrister specializing in mass tort litigation.
His research focuses on civil procedure, including legal professional privilege, apprehended bias, costs and funding, disclosure, case management, and collective redress.
