Stephanie Kaudela-Baum is a Professor and Co-Head of the Competence Centre for Business Development, Leadership, and HR at the Lucerne School of Business (HSLU). She holds a doctorate in strategic human resource management and has extensive experience in teaching and research across innovation management, organizational development, and qualitative social research. Her work focuses on innovation leadership, agile transformation, and collaborative leadership in expert organizations. Education: Studied economics at the Universities of Augsburg and Basel, completed her PhD at the University of Basel.
