Leanne Tortez, PhD is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Organizational and Leadership Psychology at William James College. She holds a PhD in Applied Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University, an MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and a BA in Psychology, both from California State University.
