Dr Christine Grant is an Associate Professor in the Centre for Healthcare Research at Coventry University, specializing in Occupational Psychology. Her research focuses on the psychological impacts of remote e-working, work-life balance, and the role of technology in blurring work boundaries. She has developed psychometric tools like the E-work Life scale to measure and mitigate challenges in remote work environments.
