Cecile H. Sam is an Associate Professor in the Department of Educational Leadership, Administration and Research at Rowan University's College of Education. She holds a Ph.D. in Urban Education from the University of Southern California, and has prior experience as a middle school teacher and research specialist at the University of Pennsylvania. Her research focuses on ethical leadership in educational systems, non-tenure track faculty dynamics, and the intersection of grassroots leadership with educational policy across K-20 contexts. Dr. Sam teaches in Rowan's doctoral program in Educational Leadership.
