Dr. Wendy J. Casper is a Distinguished University Professor and the Peggy E. Swanson Endowed Chair of Management at the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA) College of Business. She serves as Associate Editor for the Journal of Applied Psychology and was recognized as a Fellow of the Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychology and the American Psychological Association. Her research focuses on work-family balance, organizational behavior, and diversity initiatives. PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from George Mason University (2000) MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from George Mason University (1996) BS in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University (1989) Her scholarly contributions include over 15 recent articles analyzing work-life policies, identity work climates, telework adaptation, and gender dynamics in HR practices. She has received numerous accolades, including the William A. Owens Award and the International Human Resource Management Research Award.
