Dr. Wiston Rodriguez is a Lecturer in the Department of Psychological Sciences at San Diego University. His research focuses on occupational health psychology, particularly workplace mistreatment, illegitimate tasks, and the work-nonwork interface.
He explores how diverse identities, including LGBTQ+ experiences, influence workplace and nonwork outcomes. His work is funded by the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) and has been published in journals such as Personality and Individual Differences, Organizational Psychology Review, and Stress and Health.
