Dr. Yisheng Peng is an Assistant Professor of Industrial-Organizational Psychology at The George Washington University, serving as Ph.D. Program Director. His research focuses on aging workforce dynamics, stress management, and workplace mistreatment, with notable projects funded by CEIBS and NIOSH. He holds a Ph.D. from Bowling Green State University.
