Jesse Michel

Jesse Michel is Professor and Director of the Industrial-Organizational Psychology program in the Department of Psychological Sciences at Auburn University. His research examines the interplay between work and personal life domains, personality factors in workplace behavior, and employee well-being, with methodological expertise in survey design and meta-analysis.
