Greg Thrasher is an Associate Professor of Management in the Department of Management at Oakland University's School of Business Administration. He holds a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Wayne State University (2017). His research focuses on aging workforce dynamics, leadership, emotion, and motivation. He has published widely in journals such as Group and Organization Management, Work, Aging, and Retirement, and Journal of Business and Psychology.
