Alicia Grandey is a Liberal Arts Professor in the Department of Psychology at Pennsylvania State University, specializing in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. She serves as the Area Coordinator and leads the Workplace Emotional Labor and Diversity (WELD) Lab.
