Dr. Ivan Hernandez is an Associate Professor of Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Virginia Tech, directing the Computational Outreach Lab. He holds roles as a College of Science Diversity Fellow and Data Science Faculty Fellow, and affiliates with the Center for the Future of Work Places and Practices. His research focuses on expanding labor rights to nonhuman animals, promoting workplace equity, and developing computational tools for worker support.
