Dr. Morrie Mullins is a Professor at the School of Psychology at Xavier University, specializing in Industrial-Organizational (I-O) Psychology. He has been affiliated with Xavier since 2002, previously teaching at Virginia Tech and Bowling Green State University. His work emphasizes a student-centric approach within smaller academic environments.
Dr. Mullins' research spans Humanitarian Work Psychology, Volunteerism, and Selection & Assessment, often expanding into student-driven topics like Wellness & Exercise, Pet-Friendly Workplace Policies, and Workplace Diversity.
