Nathan Bowling is a Professor of Psychology and Associate Director of the Ph.D. Program in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at the University of Central Florida's College of Sciences. His research focuses on occupational stress, counterproductive work behavior, and research participant carelessness. He has published over 65 peer-reviewed articles in top-tier journals and secured over $1M in external funding since 2021. Dr. Bowling is a Fellow of SIOP and APS, and his work has been cited extensively in influential publications like Aguinis et al.'s (2017) textbook and Ioannidis et al.'s (2020) global scientist rankings.
