Jason L. Huang

Jason L. Huang is a Professor and Director of the School of Human Resources and Labor Relations at Michigan State University (MSU). He holds a PhD in Organizational Psychology from MSU (2012) and is a Fellow of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP). His research focuses on personality and adaptability at work, training and transfer, and methodological challenges like insufficient effort responding in surveys. He has published widely in top journals such as Journal of Applied Psychology and Psychological Bulletin, with funding from the National Science Foundation and SHRM Foundation.

Dr. Huang teaches graduate courses in quantitative methods, HR analytics, and training development, alongside an undergraduate research methods course.
