Dr. June (Jun) Wei is a Professor in the Department of Business Administration at the University of West Florida's Lewis Bear Jr. College of Business. She holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University. Her research focuses on e-business, mobile communication systems, information security, and human behavior in digital environments. She has over 100 publications in journals like Electronic Commerce Research and International Journal of Mobile Communications . Wei's work bridges technology and business, addressing topics such as mobile banking risk assessment, rural digital governance, and wearable device adoption. She has received the 2016 Dyson Award for Excellence in Service and serves as Senior Editor of International Journal of Mobile Communications and Editor-in-Chief of Electronic Government: An International Journal .
