Tomislav Suligoj is a Full Professor at the Department of Electronics, Microelectronics, Computer and Intelligent Systems, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing (FER) at the University of Zagreb. His research focuses on advanced semiconductor devices including horizontal current bipolar transistors (HCBT), single-photon avalanche diodes, and GaN-based high-electron-mobility transistors.
