Professor Petros Liacouras is a Professor of International Law at the University of Piraeus, Department of International and European Studies. He holds a PhD from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and advanced degrees (LL.M.) from Yale Law School and Temple University Law School in the U.S. He has served as Head of the Postgraduate Program in International and European Studies (2020–present) and Director of the Negotiation and Mediation Research Lab (2015–present).
