Jenny Lee is a medical oncologist and NHMRC Emerging Leader Fellow at Macquarie Medical School, Macquarie University. She leads the Precision Cancer Therapy Laboratory and focuses on melanoma and lung cancer research, particularly immunotherapy response mechanisms and biomarker discovery.
Her research interests include circulating tumor DNA dynamics, resistance to immunotherapy, and clinical outcomes in metastatic cancers. She has contributed to projects such as the ACRF Centre for Advanced Cancer Modelling and Experimental Oncology (COMET) and studies on head and neck cancer treatment morbidity reduction.
Key research trends in her articles focus on biomarker-driven therapy, immunotherapy efficacy in resistant cancers, and genomic analysis of tumor progression. She received the Sydney Vital travel scholarship in 2018.
