Dr. Wenbo Peng is a Senior Research Fellow at the School of Public Health, University of Technology Sydney (UTS), specializing in public health and health services research. She leads data linkage projects focused on lifestyle impacts on cardiovascular disease prevention and diabetes care. Her expertise includes systematic reviews, large-scale data analysis, and epidemiological study design. She holds a Bachelor of Medicine from Hebei Medical University and a PhD from UTS, complemented by a Graduate Certificate in Higher Education Teaching and Learning. Research interests span cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, women's health, and program evaluation. Notable recent work explores lifestyle interventions for stroke survivors, cultural empathy in diabetes education, and biomarkers for kidney disease progression. Dr. Peng has secured grants for projects such as evaluating the National Diabetes Services Scheme and investigating healthy lifestyle impacts on stroke rehabilitation.
