Dr. Yvonne Delaney is an Associate Professor in the Department of Management & Marketing at the University of Limerick , Ireland. She combines academic expertise with over 15 years of senior management experience in multinational manufacturing, electronics, and nutritional food sectors. Her work aligns with UN Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Climate Action . Education : Fellowship in APICS® (Supply Chain & Operations Management Institute) MBA (Hons) from the University of Limerick Qualified accountant (ACCA) Delaney’s research focuses on Problem-Based Learning (PBL) and its application in frontline manager development. Her work spans SMEs, workplace learning, and sustainable supply chain practices, often using mixed-methods and case study approaches. Key Research Trends : Recent publications highlight PBL in SMEs, transitions from traditional to PBL in management education, and gender-focused entrepreneurship.
