Dr. Julie Kellershohn is an Assistant Professor in the Ted Rogers School of Hospitality and Tourism Management at Toronto Metropolitan University. She holds an Honours BSc in Biochemistry (Queen's University), MBA (Harvard University), and PhD in Marketing Research (Harper Adams University). Her professional background includes significant industry experience in food/beverage and pharmaceutical sectors. Research Focus: Dr. Kellershohn investigates consumer decision-making in food/beverage contexts, including restaurant dynamics, technology's impact on purchases, alcoholic beverage marketing, and behavioral nudges. Her work spans quantitative and qualitative methodologies with emphasis on Away-From-Home consumption patterns.
