Professor Zhou Chunsheng serves as Professor of Finance, Associate Dean for Executive Education Programs, Executive Academic Director for the Executive MBA Program, and Chairman of CKGSB Educational Foundation at Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business (CKGSB). He holds a PhD in Economics (Finance) from Princeton University (1995) and previously held professorships at Peking University's Guanghua School of Management alongside roles at the China Securities Regulatory Commission and US Federal Reserve.
His educational trajectory culminated in a Princeton University doctorate. Prior academic appointments include the Guanghua School of Management at Peking University, complemented by regulatory experience at China's securities commission and the US central bank.
Professor Zhou's research spans Capital Operations, Chinese Economy, Exchange Markets, Financial Derivative Tools, Financial Investment, and Mergers and Acquisitions, with particular emphasis on empirical finance applications in emerging markets. His work bridges theoretical models with practical Chinese market dynamics, especially regarding market efficiency and risk management frameworks.
