Alison Rodger is a Professor and Honorary Professor at Macquarie University's School of Natural Sciences. She specializes in biophysical spectroscopy, particularly circular and linear dichroism techniques for studying biomacromolecules. Previously at the University of Warwick (2017–2025), she was Head of the Department of Chemistry and founded the Molecular Organisation and Assembly in Cells Doctoral Training Centre. Her research integrates quantum electrodynamic theory with experimental methodologies, focusing on biomolecular structure-function relationships.
