Ludovic Desplanque is an Associate Professor at the University of Lille, specializing in materials science and semiconductor nanostructures. He holds a Ph.D. in Electronics (2003) and an HDR in Physics (2017). His research focuses on molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) of III-V semiconductor heterostructures, quantum devices, and low-power electronics. He leads the EPIPHY Research Group, exploring InAs-based nanowires, InGaSb heterostructures, and topological nanostructures.
