Professor Anne Keegan is a Full Professor of International Human Resource Management at University College Dublin (UCD), leading the HRM and Employment Relations Group within the School of Business. She previously held roles at the Amsterdam Business School and Erasmus University Rotterdam, and completed her PhD at Trinity College Dublin. Her research focuses on HRM in online labor platforms, gig economies, project-based organizations, and institutional/paradox theories.
