Dr. Trong Tuan Luu is an Associate Professor of Management at the School of Business, Law and Entrepreneurship, Swinburne University of Technology in Hawthorn, Australia. With a strong academic background including two master's degrees from Australian institutions and a PhD from the Asian Institute of Technology, he has established himself as a prominent researcher in organizational behavior and human resource management.
