Associate Professor Ramudu Bhanugopan is a prominent Human Resource Management scholar at Charles Sturt University's School of Business. With 25 years of academic experience across Australia, India, China, Papua New Guinea, Cambodia, and Malaysia, he focuses on international HRM, cross-cultural management, and leadership behaviors.
