Simon Restubog is an International Distinguished Professor (fractional appointment) at the University of Bath's School of Management and a Professor of HR and I/O Psychology at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. His research focuses on the dark side of human behavior, employment relationships, future of work, and career development. He has published over 100 articles in top journals and secured $1.85M+ in grants. He is a Fellow of the Association for Psychological Science and ranked in Stanford’s top 2% researchers. He serves as Senior Associate Editor of Journal of Vocational Behavior and holds editorial roles in several top journals.
