Dr. Greetje Corporaal is a Research Fellow and British Academy Postdoctoral Fellow at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Her work focuses on the social and organizational implications of digital technologies in the workplace, particularly platform economies and AI. She is affiliated with the Oxford Internet Institute and the Royal Holloway University's Digital Organisation and Society Research Centre. Education: PhD in Organization Sciences (VU Amsterdam), MSc (cum laude) in Social Research, PMC (cum laude) in Culture, Organization & Management (both VU Amsterdam), and BSc in Psychology (University of Groningen). Research interests include platform labor markets, algorithmic management, and the future of work. She leads the iWork Project, funded by the British Academy, studying how firms use digital platforms to integrate external experts. Notable awards include the British Academy Postdoctoral Fellowship and the Wilhelmina Drucker Early Career Award. Teaching experience spans BSc/MSc/MBA programs in Platform Economy, Digital Technology, and Organizational Change. She co-hosts the Talking About Organizations Podcast and advises the World Economic Forum on work and education trends.
