Beverley Hancock-Smith is a Senior Lecturer in the Library Learning Services at De Montfort University (DMU), based in the Centre for Learning and Study Support (CLaSS), Faculty of Computing, Engineering and Media. She has over 15 years of experience in Further and Higher Education, focusing on academic skills development and inclusive pedagogy.
