Dr Wei-Ning Yang is a Lecturer in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour at King's Business School, King's College London. Previously, she was affiliated with Alliance Manchester Business School, University of Manchester, where she earned her PhD in Business and Management (2016). She holds an MBA from National Chengchi University (2010) and a dual BA/BSc in Management from National Tsinghua University (2007). Her research focuses on career management, particularly career plateau dynamics and their impacts on employee attitudes and behaviors. She teaches undergraduate and postgraduate modules on Organisational Behaviour and New Employment Relations. Her publications span journals like Applied Psychology: An International Review and Journal of Vocational Behavior . Awards include the Teaching Assistant Award (2015). She actively engages in conferences such as the European Association of Work and Organisational Psychology and the BPS Division of Occupational Psychology. Her work contributes to UN SDG 4 (Quality Education).
