Francis G. Spinale is a Professor in the Department of Cell Biology & Anatomy at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine, with concurrent appointments at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) in Surgery, Physiology, Anesthesiology, and Pediatrics since 1996. He serves as Director of the Cardiovascular Translational Research Center and practices as a physician at the WJB Dorn VA Medical Center.
