Lerona Dana Lewis is an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Education at the University of Ottawa, specializing in Black Youth Studies with a focus on anti-Black racism in K-12 education systems. She holds a PhD from McGill University's Faculty of Education and completed a postdoctoral fellowship in medical education faculty development at McGill's Faculty of Medicine. Her work bridges mixed-methods research and arts-informed methodologies, emphasizing social justice in teacher education and Caribbean educational systems.
