Connie Susilawati is an Associate Professor at Queensland University of Technology's School of Economics and Finance. She holds a PhD from QUT and a Master of Commerce in Property from Curtin University. Her research focuses on sustainable property and infrastructure, multi-stakeholder partnerships, and international real estate education. She has secured significant grants including an ARC Linkage Grant for sustainable housing and a Smart Services CRC grant for rural community development. Her career includes roles at QUT since 2003, leadership at PT. Ciputra Surya (2002-2003), and extensive teaching at Petra Christian University (1989-2003). Awards include the 2011 Vice-Chancellor's Performance Award and multiple best paper awards for contributions on affordable housing and property education. Research highlights include climate change adaptation in public assets, partnership models for low-cost housing, and aging-in-place strategies.
