Zuzanna Goluch

Zuzanna Goluch, prof. UEW holds the position of Visiting Professor at The Polish University Abroad in London (PUNO), UK. She is affiliated with Wrocław University of Economics' Faculty of Production Engineering, Department of Food Technology and Nutrition. Her roles include heading multiple postgraduate programs: 'Dietary Coaching,' 'Geriatric Dietetics,' 'Dietary Supplements and Fortified Foods,' and 'Psychodietetics with Elements of Coaching' at PUNO London. She is also involved in consultations: teaching consultations on Tuesdays and free nutrition consultations by appointment.

Her research focuses on food science and technology, clinical nutrition, and dietary interventions. Key areas include nutrient composition of meats (goose, pork, beef), functional foods (berry phytochemicals, fermented products), and nutritional management of specific populations (elderly, psychiatric patients, Gilbert’s syndrome patients).
