Dr. Eng. Gabriela Haraf is a faculty member at the Faculty of Production Engineering, Department of Food Technology and Nutrition, Wrocław University of Economics. Her research focuses on meat quality, chemical composition, nutritional value, and antioxidant potential, with a particular emphasis on goose meat. She is actively engaged in academic and industry collaborations.
Current affiliations and roles include:
- President of the Management Board, Lower Silesian Branch of the Scientific and Technical Association of the Food Industry
- Deputy President of the Wrocław Branch of the Polish Society of Food Technologists
Consultation hours for the summer semester 2025: Mondays 10:00–10:45 and Tuesdays 12:00–12:45.
