Zoe Jones is a Learning Enhancement Tutor for Widening Participation in the Library and Learning Enhancement Division at the University of East Anglia (UEA). With extensive experience since 2010, she specializes in inclusive academic support, helping diverse student groups navigate higher education barriers. Her qualifications include a Master's in Applied Linguistics and TESOL, alongside accreditations in dyslexia support, ADHD/ASC training, and refugee education.
Research Focus: Zoe's work centers on inclusive pedagogy, academic writing strategies, and accessibility. Key areas include:
