Zi Jia (ZJ) Ng is an Associate Research Scientist at Yale University's Child Study Center and the Education Collaboratory. She joined Yale in 2020 as a Postdoctoral Research Associate, transitioning to her current role in 2021. Her work focuses on emotion regulation strategies in children and adolescents, particularly in school settings. ZJ leads projects like Project Flourish, examining social-emotional learning assessments to support marginalized student populations. She holds a PhD in School Psychology from the University of South Carolina and is a licensed child psychologist and nationally certified school psychologist.
