Yiqun Han is a doctoral researcher at the Sheffield University Management School (University of Sheffield), affiliated with the Department of Entrepreneurship, Strategy and International Business. Her research focuses on the intersection of corporate social responsibility (CSR), ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles, and employee engagement in multinational corporations, particularly within the rubber industry.
