Dr. Nicola Croxton is a Lecturer in Business and Society at Aberdeen Business School, Robert Gordon University, a position she has held since June 2021. She actively contributes to the Energy, Sustainability & Society Research Group and engages in interdisciplinary work addressing business-society dynamics.

Her current project 'CEO’s activism and MNEs’ international expansion' (2023-2025) analyzes how CEO activism affects multinational enterprises' location decisions.
