Yi-Tien Lin is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Law, National Cheng Kung University, where he has been teaching since 2006. Previously, he served as an Associate Professor at the Graduate Institute of Law at the same institution from 1999-2005. He holds a Doctor of Law from the University of Mainz, Germany, where he graduated summa cum laude, along with multiple law degrees from National Chengchi University in Taiwan.
