Dr. Yang Ye is a Senior Lecturer in Psychology at the University of Greenwich's School of Human Sciences. With international training from Beijing Normal University, Western University (Canada), and postdoctoral experience at Ghent University and Queen Mary London, he brings cross-cultural perspectives to psychological research.
Research Focus: Investigates automatic cognitive processes underlying implicit bias, stereotype activation, and accent-based discrimination. Current ESRC-funded project examines bias in UK legal settings.
Teaching: Leads courses in Research Methods and Social Psychology, plus interdisciplinary quantitative methods for LISS-DTP doctoral candidates.
